Health Log 1

Right now...
  1. My vision is becoming poor. I find it hard to read small prints already. I can not read clearly on close range anymore. Farsighted ako. Need to see a doctor and upgrade my eyeglasses.
  2. I always have this uncomfortable pain in my left ankle that sometimes go up to my knees. Medyo matagal na to, I even have it x-rayed about 4 years ago. Pero I can feel the persistence lately. Not sure if it is due to my diabetes.
  3. I haven't visited my diabetologist for a year already. I just recently bought and taking my medicines again after almost a month.
  4. I've started a 15-minute stair climb today with the intent of gradually increasing it to 30 mins a day. The thing is I don't want to force it at once since I haven't been doing any exercise in a long time. And I'm watching my left ankle also.
Make it a habit...
  1. Daily exercise in the morning - GIVE it TIME!
    1st week - 15 mins stair climb; 2nd week - 30 mins walking; 3rd week - 30 mins walk/jog
  2. Night regimen - clean and moisturize
  3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water
I am adding health as priority in my life right now...It is actually been a known MUST for a long time but I haven't really did a continuous action to support it. I am determined to make it work this time. My goal is to get to 115 lbs and 27 inches waistline by December.
